Tymothy Jaddock – our 2024 Talent Competition Adjudicator

Biography

Tymothy Jaddock is a dancer, choreographer, and dance adjudicator based in New York, NY. Jaddock began his professional career with the Cheremosh Ukrainian Dance Company of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada as a soloist and corps de ballet member. He spent five seasons touring across Canada and the United States with the company, dancing original works by Ballet Master Mykola Kanevets and classic Ukrainian dance canon by Pavlo Virsky.

After his tenure with Cheremosh, Jaddock began a year-long dance residency and training program in Ukraine. He studied ballet, character, and Ukrainian folk dance at the National University of Culture and Arts in Kyiv and held residencies with state dance ensembles in the cities of L’viv, Lutsk, Chernivtsi, and Poltava.

Following his time in Europe, Jaddock moved to New York City where he completed his master’s degree in Dance Education and Ballet Pedagogy at New York University (NYU) in collaboration with American Ballet Theatre (ABT). During his time at NYU Jaddock held a coveted intern position with American Ballet Theatre, where he worked closely with leaders in classical dance at the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School.

Jaddock is an ABT National Training Curriculum certified teacher in Pre-Primary to Level 5 and holds a certificate in Choreography and Character Dance from the L’viv College of Culture and Arts. His expertise is highly sought after and he travels around Canada and the United States adjudicating dance competitions, teaching summer intensives, and staging original choreography.
